Our production times may vary during certain times a year depending on order volume. We strive to meet every order in a timely manner.
We operate on a (3) to (5) working day production time on most orders, we will on occasion require additional time to fulfill an order based on size and/or customization.
Please know that the production time is the time it will take to process your order. This time frame does not include your transit time, or additional time needed for approval of proofs. One proof and one revision is included in the price of your product. Additional proofs are billed at $8.00 per proof.
