Our production times may vary during certain times a year depending on order volume. We strive to meet every order in a timely manner.
We operate on a (3) to (5) working day production time on most orders,(date order is placed is not counted as production day) we will on occasion require additional time to fulfill an order based on size and/or customization.Engraving on Metal Cups and Specialty Engraving require 5-7 business days.
Please know that the production time is the time it will take to process your order. This time frame does not include your transit time, or additional time needed for approval of proofs. One proof and one revision is included in the price of your product. Additional proofs are billed at $8.00 per proof.

Cancellation
There is no restocking fee for orders cancelled within
8 hours of your order, there is a 20% restocking for
cancellation after your proof has been sent.
There is no cancellation after proof approval.
