When you place your order we special order your product, personalize your product and ship. Our return policy is simple: we do not accept returns on any personalized, custom or modified item. Non personalized, custom or modified items maybe returned with a RMA number, this number is issued by calling customer service and is handled on a case per case. A restocking Fee will apply on any returned product. |
