  • The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.   • Shipments to Commerial Addresses are Signature Required, Please Select Home Delivery in the Shipping Options for No Signature Required(Special Requests Please Call 704-889-1234

  • FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

    Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
 

  • We at Awards Zone are continuing to find ways to offer quality products, fantastic customer service and still keep our prices as low as possible, and that includes cost of shipping. We  offer free ground shipping(lower 48 only) on hundreds of different products(look for the free shipping Icon) which reduces the overall cost of an order significantly.

  • Please note in event an item is damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with FedEx/UPS and replace the item and ground ship only, any Express shipping will be at Customer's expense!

  • Orders requiring less than 3 days production time, DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING!

  • We offer FedEx Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Standard, Priority Air.)Our primary carrier is FedEx, we reserve the right to ship using UPS,USPS to give the most timely ships. The cost of the shipping is dependent upon the size and weight of your order and the distance. During holiday periods, ground shipments may take longer. FREE GROUND SHIPPING excludes Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international.

    We ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. When ordering for military bases, please select the armed forces designation in the state box, and we will ship the product priority mail.
